Phoenix Aerospace Bearing Company is a complete aerospace bearings manufacturer specializing in custom aerospace bearing manufacturing, inspection, failure analysis and bearing testing. Our facility is located in Luoyang, China, which has passed ISO9001:2015 of Quality Systems Management (QSM) and verified by AS9100 D of Aerospace Standard Quality Systems.
In order to ensure that the product quality meets the aerospace requirements, PAB applied to the PRI for the audit of the AS9100 quality control system. We successfully passed the audit and became a qualified aerospace bearing manufacturer. AS9100 registration is required in order to provide products to the aerospace market. PRI conducted the audit in accordance with the AS9100 requirement for an annual andit.
Luoyang Phoenix Aerospace Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. successfully passed the Nadcap NDT non-destructive testing certificate issued by the tripartite independent review association PRI (Performance Review Institute) in July 2024.
Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) is a national aerospace and defense contractor accreditation program in the United States. It is a system initiated and developed by the giants of the US aerospace and defense industry and the US Department of Defense, SAE and other institutions to certify special products and processes in the aerospace industry. It is a special process certification project in the aerospace industry.
Nadcap is based on the AS 9100D aerospace quality management system, focusing on compliance with the entire special processes of products. It is the most comprehensive and in-depth technical audit in the world in terms of special processes. The successful passing of the Nadcap certification this time indicates that the civil aerospace system has recognized the company's special non-destructive testing process.
